1) Full payment to be received before flights can be confirmed.
2) Tickets cannot be transferred/amended for any reason once a booking has been made.
3) All passengers travelling MUST hold a current ten year passport.
4) Blue Sky Homes cannot accept any responsibility for flight delays, flight cancellations or changes to flight times by the Airline etc.
5) This Inspection Visit is arranged for the named clients for the viewing of properties only and not for any other reason - either personal or professional - If this Inspection Flight is used for any other reason, other than viewing property with Blue Sky Homes, we reserve the right to recover the full amount i.e. costs for flights, accommodation, etc from the clients named below by Credit Card.
6) Should you need to cancel the Inspection Flight for any reason, the full amount for flights and accommodation will become payable to Blue Sky Homes. We reserve the right to debit your credit card if necessary. Please note that cancellation for a valid reason, i.e. illness etc, can probably be recovered from your Travel Insurance - subject to their conditions.
7) By taking up this Inspection Visit offer by Blue Sky Homes, you are automatically bound by our terms and conditions.
8) Whilst we endeavour to find a property to meet your requirements, as with all matters of this nature, no guarantees can be given and we cannot be held responsible for any wasted journeys.
