Should you find a property that you wish to purchase, we are on hand to help you open a bank account, instruct independant Solicitors, purchase furniture, arrange insurance, telephones etc and anything else that you might be concerned about.

HOW IT WORKS

On arrival in Spain, one of our consultants from Blue Sky Homes will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation (4* Hotel). Over the next couple of days, we will show you all the areas in detail and once you have narrowed down the areas that you are interested in, view both new, key ready and resale properties within your price range and specification. Should you see a property that you wish to purchase, we will guide you through the buying process. We will take you back to the airport on completion of your visit.

The price of your Inspection Visit is currently £250 per couple (refundable if you purchase during your trip with us on completion) which is a contribution towards your return flight, hotel accommodation, meals and all transport in Spain. The flights are provided free without obligation.
