Should you wish to view any of our properties, we offer daily inspection flights from your local airport. Included in the price is return flights, hotel accommodation and the assistance of our English representative who will show you the areas and properties within your price range on a one-to-one basis. We guarantee no hard sell!

We are in contact with Spain every day and are therefore fully informed of any new properties currently on the market.

Should you find a resale property you wish to purchase, a deposit of £2,000 will be payable to secure the property; this holds the agreed price and the property is taken off of the market. At the point of contract a further payment of 10% of the contract price will be payable.

A completion date that is satisfactory to both yourself and the vendor will be arranged, plus any other details that are relevant, i.e. fixtures & fittings being left, what repairs, if any, will be done prior to completion. The contract is then signed by you and the vendor; a copy of it is passed to your solicitor who will then commence the relevant searches during the course of the conveyancing. Should these searches prove unsatisfactory, your deposit is fully refundable, this is written into your contract to safeguard your interests.

The initial deposit in both cases can be paid in sterling; however, nearly all other payments must be made in euros.
