Should you wish to view any of our properties, we offer daily inspection flights from your local airport. Included in the price is return flights, hotel accommodation and the assistance of our English representative who will show you the areas and properties within your price range on a one-to-one basis. We guarantee no hard sell!

New Build Homes

Blue Sky Homes can offer clients a wide choice of properties: apartments, duplexes, townhouses, detached villas and luxury residences.

Should you find a plot of land and the villa design that you wish to purchase, a contract will be drawn up between you and the developer.

At this point, a nominal goodwill deposit of £2,000 will be payable.

This fixes the price and, at the same time, a suitable timetable of stage payments will be worked out - less the initial deposit (although the payment terms vary from builder to builder).

Flights from other destinations are available but may incur a price increase.
