Within the Costa Blanca, lie the outstandingly beautiful valleys of Orba and Jalon where the lush green vegetation combines with the luminous blue of the sky and sea.
The centuries old agricultural tradition imparts a unique character to the Valley of Orba with its fields of olive trees, vineyards, almond trees and orange groves. Small white-walled villages stand out against the prevailing greenery and make this area an ideal setting in which to relax and enjoy nature at its most beautiful.
Orba, from which this valley takes its name, is a small village of 1,500 inhabitants. With its mild climate and excellent water, the Orba Valley is pervaded by the unique orange blossom scent of its extensive orange groves.
Flanking the valley are Tormos, Rafol and Benidoleig, villages of between 200-500 inhabitants, in which the crowds, noise and bustle of the coastal areas are inconceivable yet which are close enough to provide beautiful views of the Mediterranean and from which the beaches can be reached in hardly more than a few minutes.
