Blue Sky Homes will be delighted to arrange your one to one (very important!) all inclusive Inspection Visit to Spain or Italy to view areas and properties of your choice. Clients often ask how they work so we have detailed below, the professional no obligation service that we have been successfully arranging since 1990.
Our staff and associate offices in Spain or Italy will show you all the areas together with our extensive range of new and resale properties during your trip. Should you find a property that you wish to purchase, we are on hand to help you open a bank account, instruct Solicitors, purchase furniture, arrange insurance, telephones etc and anything else that you might be concerned about.

On arrival in Spain or Italy, our consultant from Blue Sky Homes associate offices will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation (4* Hotel). Over the next couple of days, we will show you all the areas in detail and once you have narrowed down the areas that you are interested in, view both new and resale properties within your price range and specification. Should you see a property that you wish to purchase, we will guide you through the buying process. We will take you back to the airport on completion of your visit.
The price of your Inspection Visit is currently £49 per person which is a contribution towards your return flight, hotel accommodation, meals and all transport in Spain/Italy. The flights are provided free without obligation.
Remember – all of our staff have achieved what you are about to do! They live in the area, visit doctors, their children attend local schools. No-one is better placed than us to help you.
